Sales POS is designed in such a way that it is extremely easy even for an apprentice to use it. It has a very user
friendly interface which does not require much technical knowledge or any other skills to work with it. But to make it much
easier, it is recommended to have basic computer knowledge like the usage of computer and general software. It would be easy
if you are good at using CSV files and importing different files. You can either add the products one by one to the POS or

Salesappz will mostly work with the most commonly used retail hardware and the equipment you already have. It also works with the general applications and software which is used by most of the stores for payments and scanning. Yes. We do provide various training sessions to use Sales POS. You will have an online training session before launching the POS. In case if you are not happy with the online training, we provide an offline paid training service on location. We also create some useful documents and videos and send them on timely basis which will be helpful to handle the store.
In most of the cases you will be able to transit your data from an existing POS to the Sales POS. But there might be a few very rare cases in which you will not be able to transfer all the data in case it does not support. In that case, we cannot pull the data from the existing POS.
We do not provide any emails to the users but we have a record of all the reports which can be viewed any time in the portal. All the reports are saved on regular basis which can be accessed any time by just logging in to Sales POS.
We have a registration page where the users need to provide all the required details to register with Sales POS. Once you submit the registration form, our team will contact you regarding the next step.
For any reason, if you are unhappy with our service, you can cancel the subscription up to 30 days of purchase. The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 15 working days.
Yes. We do provide solutions and ideas to the stores to increase the sales and manage certain things. The common solutions that are documented by Salesappz to help the users can be customized as a unique solution to meet your business needs.
Salesappz provides 20+ main types of reporting. All the data that is reported will be made available to the users to keep a track on sales and the business data. Customer reports, sales reports, employee reports and etc will be organized and made available based upon the categories to use it in future.
We store the data using the client Identity. Data is actually safer when stored in a cloud or database compared to local devices. You can access your data anytime by logging in to our site using the credentials set by yourself. We do not store any kind of sensitive data like payment details or credit/debit card information. Our entire server will be backed up periodically on a regular basis. So your data has to be considered safe with Salesappz.
No. To access your business account in Salesappz, you must enter your username and password. You can deactivate the user for a certain time by immediately contacting us. We will shortly provide a feature to activate/deactivate a device in the portal itself.
Once the subscription plan expires, you cannot login to the account and hence cannot access your account and data. We will maintain your data and reports for one month after the plan expires and allow you to renew the subscription plan in order to resume your account activity. After a month, still if you do not renew the plan, we consider that the data is not in need and thereby deactivate your account and erase the data from our records.
No. As of now, we do not provide the feature of saving the data without continuing the subscription. Once the subscription plan with Salesappz expires, you cannot login to the portal. In case you need the data, special charges will be applicable.
We have different types of plans for the users. Users can choose a plan based upon the status of their store and their need. There is no necessity to sign any long term contract to register with Sales POS.
Yes. You can keep a track of sales by using the reports provided. All the data that is required to keep a track of sales is provided to you in the Salesappz portal. It can be accessed any time by simply logging in.
We do provide a setup to use your own server for hosting. If you do not have a server, we use our cloud for hosting.
